Free Domestic Shipping (USA)

We ship almost anywhere domestically in the United States including Alaska and Hawaii for free.

Each order will be processed within 2-4 business days. Most in-stock items will arrive on your doorstep between 2-5 business days after receiving your order depending on where you are located by USPS Priority Mail.

Domestic Return & Exchanges Policy

We handle all returns or exchanges on a case-by-case basis. We stand behind our goods and want customers to be satisfied with them. If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, CAVANA will be happy to accept return or exchanges of items that are in new, unused condition, with original tags and packaging including the original receipt/invoice within 14 days of the purchase date. 

To request a return or exchanges, please contact customerservice@cavananewyork.com, and be sure to include your order number or invoice number.

When making a return, please follow the return instructions included in your shipment. Mail the return and the item(s) in its original packaging back to the address where we provided. Purchaser will be responsible for the return cost. Your return will be processed within 5 - 10 business days. Once inspected by our staff, a refund or exchange will be issued.

Returns that do not comply with our return's conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back.

CAVANA does not accept returns or exchanges for items purchased from other retailers. In the event you find an issue with your piece, please contact the original place of purchase.

Free International Shipping on Order Over $400

Currently available delivers to the following countries: France, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Sweden, Finland, Greece, Norway, Poland, Belgium, Portugal, Iceland, Luxembourg, Monaco, Hungary, Netherlands, Austria, Bulgaria, Denmark, Spain, Turkey, Ireland, United Kingdom, China (Includes Taiwan), Hong Kong SAR China, Macao SAR China, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam,  Indonesia, Israel, United Arab Emirates, Australia, New Zealand, Canada.

For orders under $400, we charge $25 international shipping fee, and typically arrive within 5 - 15 business days, depending on the international destination. International customers are responsible for the duties and taxes that are required in their countries.

International Return & Exchanges Policy

International orders have a different return process.

To request a return, please contact customerservice@cavananewyork.com, and be sure to include your order number or invoice number.

CAVANA will be happy to accept return of items that are in new, unused condition, with original tags and packaging including the original receipt/invoice within 14 days of the package you receive.

The customer is responsible for paying for shipping the package back to us. Once we receive the item, we will issue a full refund (we cannot refund any shipping fees paid by the customer).

International exchanges are not available.

Refunds

All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.

If you ordered by credit card, a credit will be issued with 14 business days. It will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/ or billing cycle.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive an email with the tracking information once our warehouse creates a shipping label. You can use the tracking number to track your package and estimated delivery time.
